Michael Matthies is a Technical Project Manager with the National Association of Community Â鶹ֱ²¥Workers (NACHW), a fiscally sponsored program of HRiA. As a member of the NACHW team, Michael leads the project management, development, implementation and administration of the organization’s technology platforms. Michael has deep experience working with vulnerable populations both in direct care and in project management/development. Prior to joining NACHW he worked at a major Medicaid MCO developing programs geared toward Â鶹ֱ²¥Equity, Social Determinants of Health, and Population Â鶹ֱ²¥with an emphasis on the project management, and technology aspects. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Sociology and Criminal Justices from Northern Arizona University.
